Trinity Capili
What
The practice of taking myself on as my primary partner has personally yielded an openness to maturity in love with a childlike heart, a deep respect for my growth process, and has raised the bar for choosing the kinds of lovers and experiences I choose to take part in. As a pleasure enthusiast and movement therapist, it's been my life's work to foster what turns people on, soothe the nervous system, and liberates the heart and mind.
The hope is to provide participants with resources and tools to:
- Hold yourself with care (intellectually and with body-mechanics)
- Feel Your Self
- Glean new perspective on approach to interpersonal relating with integrity
We may give ourselves little trinkets and marry ourselves by the end of the workshop. Who knows :)
