• Parties are "house", not "school"

Agenda Items

• Adding recipes to website (within budget)
• Can the workshop fees be applied to Fiat maintenance
• How do we decide who runs the meetings (add this to the script) (AT THE TOP)
• Is it possible to cook w/o purchasing food for those who have time but not finances
• October & November Events:
• Current or new programs
• Lots of things paused.
• Does seasonal change offer new possibilities

• Some rewording for clarity of script
• Separate old new agenda items. Do the old first, address them THEN request new agenda items

• Stewards to ask in Signal for agenda items in for upcoming meetings

Tuesday Night Dinner

• Volunteer organizer/steward: Della for October
• Steward responsibilities: Ensure we have cooks & attendees ; someone is here by 7pm
• We’re not maximizing attendance. However! We think the minimum is 4. 6-8 feels comfortable
• The school needs RICE: it will be added to HOUSE list
• Conversation on who is responsible for marketing
• Rice-making instructions to be posted on website

Coworking

Show and Tell

• Snoozed.
• But it is missed! Can we change format and timing? Could it be an evening within house? Seasonal?

Workshops

• Lee is waiting to reschedule
• Sarah Levy and Trinity have expressed interest in repeating their workshops
• Do we want to have events off campus? Probably not, we can connect dots btwn Sarah and Trinity
• New workshop: is this a promotion issue?
